Amy, my physical therapist, helped me to develop an exercise plan that I am able to do on a daily basis that meets my physical needs. She showed me various stretches that I have used multiple times to help decrease muscle spasms and exercises to maintain my core. Thank you Amy! You are EXCELLENT!!!
Maiko was wonderful. She explained everything fully and really took the time to understand my lifestyle and how I moved my body through the day so she could teach me the right way to do everyday tasks so I wouldn't injure my back.
