Easy, expert physical therapy in Livermore

The best spinal PT I have had. I hope to continue with him as soon as he recovers from his shoulder surgery. He listens and is willing to be creative to help me work with my various injury needs. He is innovative in putting my exercises together to help me in the most practical ways. I appreciate those things.

Amy has helped my legs get stronger. She helped me realize that I can do more than I thought. She encouraged me & helped me feel better about myself, and, my condition. Amy is wonderful. She is diplomatic and kind. She is a warm person. I was very impressed by the way she added new, or, different exercises based on my pain, ability, and, mobility-and, what she observed. She is an excellent teacher. She is skilled, competent, and professional. I will miss her help and guidance.

I could not have had a better experience. Ted really helped me in recovering from 4 surgeries in total. He was a straight shooter and helped me set realistic expectations and goals. He was extremely good in pacing me and in adding new exercises, etc. Ted is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand the changes that I have to make in order to reach my maximum potential. I am extremely pleased with the progress I have made. Great experience.
