Amy has helped my legs get stronger. She helped me realize that I can do more than I thought. She encouraged me & helped me feel better about myself, and, my condition. Amy is wonderful. She is diplomatic and kind. She is a warm person. I was very impressed by the way she added new, or, different exercises based on my pain, ability, and, mobility-and, what she observed.
